Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Velvet Davis Therapeutic Massage, each session is reserved just for you. To keep scheduling fair and to respect the time set aside for your care, the following policies are in place.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a non-refundable charge or service credit only, depending on the circumstances.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the session or the value of the gift card/package applied.
I understand that emergencies and illness happen — please contact me as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to work with you.

Late Arrival Policy

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time to respect other clients.

If you arrive late, the session may be shortened, and the full session fee still applies.

Refunds on Services

Massage services are a personalized wellness experience and are non-refundable once the session begins.

If a session needs to be ended early due to discomfort or intolerance, a session credit may be offered instead of a refund at the therapist’s discretion.

Gift Cards & Quick Fix Packages

Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

After 12 months, remaining value can still be used as service credit, but sessions will be applied at the current service rate.

Gift cards and packages are non-refundable but may be transferred once to another recipient if not yet redeemed.

Promotional or seasonal gift offers cannot be redeemed for cash.
If more than 12 months pass, just reach out — I’m happy to apply any remaining value toward current services.

Please communicate during your session — adjustments can always be made. My goal is for every client to feel heard, supported, and cared for.
