Welcome to Velvet Davis Therapeutic Massage. By booking or purchasing any service through this website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Professional Services
   All massage and bodywork sessions are provided by a licensed massage therapist (LMT) for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. No medical diagnosis or treatment is given.

2. Client Responsibility
   Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications that may affect treatment. Services may be modified or refused for health or safety reasons.

3. Appointment Policies
   A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee equal to 50–100% of the scheduled service.

4. Confidentiality
   All client information and session notes are kept strictly confidential in accordance with Oregon law and HIPAA standards.

5. Payment & Refunds
   Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Refunds are not offered once a session has been completed, but service credits may be considered at Velvet’s discretion.

6. Scope of Practice
   Massage therapy is strictly non-sexual. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future services.
